Keith is a transformational leader and futuristic thinker with a substantial history of accomplishments and successes during his nearly 30-year career in law enforcement, emergency management, and the private sector. Creative and adaptable, he has excelled in diverse and challenging environments in both government and business.
As a chief of police and emergency management deputy coordinator with more than 20 years of supervisory and command experience, Keith worked with a team of committed partners to transform the Barnegat Police Department into a progressive and well-respected leader in the New Jersey law enforcement community.
As Co-Founder and Executive Vice President with the Critical Response Group, Keith works with an elite team of US military special operations and domestic public safety professionals who serve as thought leaders in the public safety space while dramatically improving the way we plan for and respond to critical incidents and mass-casualty events in the United States.
As a public speaker in the areas of risk management, emergency management, and law enforcement operations, Keith has presented and instructed at local, state, and national level symposiums and conferences on topics ranging from systems-based risk management to media relations. He has been invited to speak at a wide range of locations and events including the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, the NJSACOP Contemporary Issues in Police Administration seminar, the International Association of Fire Chiefs Wildland Urban Interface Conference, and the Congressional Fire Services Caucus in Washington, D.C. He has appeared in numerous regional media broadcasts and live nationally televised media broadcasts.
Keith is a graduate of the 278th Session of the FBI National Academy, an elite leadership development school. He is honored to serve as Vice President on the Executive Board of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police.
